Shipping

Once a customer has selected all the items they are looking to purchase, they will be prompted to select a shipping method at checkout. There are different methods of shipping from “in-store pick-up” to “next-day” shipping using Canada Post or Fedex. Orders that are processed after 2pm (GMT-7 Alberta) will be shipped the next day. Special deals on shipping will be shown at checkout should the customer be eligible for it. Shipping delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Trident strives to provide the best shipping options for the best prices. However, sometimes there may be some issues that arise in shipping times from the couriers. Once a package has left Trident, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays that may occur. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is processed and the package is shipped.

Trident provides many products to the public. Some of these items are too big to be shipped via standard shipping methods. Special freight quotes must be done for those items. Trident will provide that information to the customer before the order is billed out. At that point, the customer can accept the freight costs and process the payment at checkout or cancel the order entirely.
